Store
We are a third party seller and work directly with the suppliers for all the available products on sale on dealzone-shop.com. Once the order is processed and delivered, Should the customer have any question or problem with the product, they should directly reach to the manufacturer. DealZone is not responsible for any fault or malfunction occurred in the product post delivery.
Services
We operate as a third-party intermediary, facilitating negotiations between customers and a range of service providers including AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Xfinity, and others. Our primary objective is to secure the most advantageous deals and discounts on behalf of our clients. Our fee structure entails charging customers only upon successful installation and activation of their new service package.
Once our clients’ services are verified and payment is processed, any subsequent concerns or inquiries should be directed to the respective service provider. It’s important to note that while we advocate for our clients during the negotiation process, we are not accountable for any network-related issues that may arise post-installation.”
If you purchase installation services provided by a third party on the DealZone Store, you acknowledge that DealZone will assist as an agent of the third party in accessing a payment network and processing the payment transaction. Once your registered payment instrument is authorized, your payment obligation to the third party shall be deemed completed and discharged (except for buyer’s obligations in the event of a chargeback or other reversal). Your purchase of installation services from the third party may be aggregated together with other purchases from the Store.
Purchases of third-party services are also subject to the terms and conditions governing your payment instrument (e.g., the credit card you used for payment) between you and the issuer of your payment instrument (e.g., your bank). You are responsible for any charges and related fees that may be imposed under the payment instrument terms and conditions as a result of your use of a payment instrument.
Comments
